THE DAY AT THE
KINDERGARTEN
We believe that every child is born as a competent, confident, and naturally curious learner, capable of exploring the world with wonder and creativity. Children learn most effectively through play, particularly when it is self-directed and driven by their own interests and imagination. By allowing children to take the lead in their learning journey, they develop a sense of autonomy and ownership over their discoveries. We deeply value each child as a unique individual, and we are committed to listening to their voices, ideas, and perspectives with care and respect. Our role is to nurture their innate potential, support their natural curiosity, and provide an environment where they can thrive as active participants in their own learning.
KOMPASS Kindergarten embraces the concept of an open, interactive learning environment. This approach allows children the freedom to explore and utilize all indoor and outdoor facilities throughout the day, fostering their curiosity and creativity. The only exceptions are during meal times, nest group circles, language circles, and +4 project time, ensuring dedicated moments for focused learning and engagement.
